Work Year – 52 Weeks Sample Clauses

Work Year – 52 Weeks. Employees who work fifty-two (52) weeks per year shall be eligible for twelve (12) paid legal holidays. These holidays are: New Year’s Day, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and following Friday, Christmas Eve Day, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Eve.
