Workforce Member Assessment. Before a member of the Contractor’s workforce may access CDPH PHI or PI, Contractor must ensure that all workforce members that will have access to CDPH PCI have been assessed to assure that there is no indication that the workforce member may present a risk to the security or integrity of CDPH PHI or PI. Contractor shall retain each workforce member’s assessment documentation, whether in physical or electronic format, for a period of three (3) years following contract termination.

  • Needs Assessment 1. The Contractor shall conduct a cultural and linguistic group-needs assessment of the eligible client population in the Contractor’s service area to assess the language needs of the population and determine what reasonable steps are necessary to ensure meaningful access to services and activities to eligible individuals. [22 CCR 98310, 98314] The group-needs assessment shall take into account the following four (4) factors:
