Common use of WORKFORCE SCHEDULING Clause in Contracts

WORKFORCE SCHEDULING. The parties have agreed that it is essential to ensure that operational requirements are both met and maintained. To this end, the Senior Level Committee does not intend to interfere with the regular day-to-day scheduling activities. However, it is recognized by the Parties that the effective development and utilization of workforce schedules is important not only to the operation, but to the individuals who work these schedules. Therefore, workforce scheduling will be a subject of review and discussion by the Senior Level Committee for the purposes of reaching mutually agreeable resolutions to the following areas:
