Working Fund. The Company will provide the employee with a working fund advance to cover the anticipated reimbursable expenses as outlined in this Article.
Working Fund. SECTION 3.01. The Owners shall establish and maintain a Working Fund from which the Operating Corporation shall make payments for all costs pursuant to its services and responsibilities hereunder. The Owners, in consultation with the Operating Corporation, shall determine, initially and from time to time during the term of this Agreement, the amount or amounts required to maintain a satisfactory balance in the Working Fund, and shall be liable in proportion to their respective Ownership Shares for any such additional amounts required to maintain the agreed-upon balance. The Owners shall reimburse the Working Fund promptly on receipt of notice from the Operating Corporation of their respective obligations for reimbursement.
Working Fund. The Operator will account separately for all payments and establish and maintain at all times a cash working fund from which all costs relating to the Program may be paid by the Operator directly or from which the Operator may be reimbursed for such reimbursable costs expended by it and from which it may draw its fees and distribute surplus cash to the Participants in accordance with their Participating Interests. All monies received by the Operator from the Participating Parties pursuant to Section 9.5 or in payment of the Operator's invoices for costs or otherwise will be deposited to such fund.
Working Fund. Upon the initial payment of any Operating Cost or Capital Cost hereunder, and thereafter, the Manager shall account separately for all such payments and establish and maintain at all times a cash fund (the “Working Fund”) from which the Operating Costs and Capital Costs may be paid by the Manager directly or from which the Manager may be reimbursed for reimbursable Operating Costs and Capital Costs theretofore expended by it and from which it may draw its costs as calculated pursuant to section 8.5.
