WORKING RULES – MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS. 19.1 The Union recognizes the right of the City to establish reasonable rules and regulations for the safe, sanitary and efficient conduct of the City’s business, and reasonable penalties for the violation of such rules and regulations. All employees shall continue to comply with the presently published rules, except in those areas superseded by this Agreement. Changes or additions to such rules shall be furnished to the Union, at the time of issuance, and such changes or additions shall be subject to review under the grievance procedure if the Union objects to said rules as violations of this Agreement within thirty (30) days after issuance.
