Common use of Working Schedule Full-Time Clause in Contracts

Working Schedule Full-Time. (a) The Employer shall make its best efforts to allow Employees every second weekend off. There shall be no split shifts. The hours and days of work of each Employee shall be posted in an appropriate place at least four (4)weeks in advance. Once posted, schedules shall not be changed unless by mutual agreement between the Employer, the employee and the Union.

An exception would occur when an employee is returning from leave due to disability whether work or non-work related. In this instance, all employees affected by the return shall be given two (2) weeks notice of return to their own position. Once posted, schedules shall not be changed unless by mutual agreement between the Employer, the employee and the Union.
