Workplace Performance. You are expected to maintain a fair and reasonable level of productivity in your work, and to follow all reasonable instructions. If your performance in any area, such as attendance, punctuality, performance, safety or compliance with the employer’s policies and standards is unsatisfactory, then the counselling and disciplinary procedure will be used to try to resolve the situation. There are minimum standards of performance set out in the companies Policy, Procedures and Safety Manual documents. These are very important standards and you should ensure you understand and practice them. If you exhibit unsatisfactory performance or behaviour you shall be counselled so that you understand the standards expected of you and will be offered assistance and guidance in achieving those standards. You will be given adequate time to demonstrate a willingness or attempt to improve.
