Work Output definition

Work Output shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8(a). References in this Agreement to “Schedules” refer to the Schedules incorporated into this Agreement. References to Sections and Clauses are references to sections and clauses in this Agreement unless specified otherwise. References to the singular include the plural and vice versa, and “include” and “including”, etc., means including without limitation. More Definitions of Work Output

Work Output means all documentation, reports or technical summaries, Intermediate, Product and samples provided or generated by Diosynth pursuant to the Scope.
Work Output means the code and other tangible results created by Talent and provided to Client under this Agreement.

Related to Work Output

  • Project Scope means the description or activity of work to be accomplished on the project.

  • design pressure means the maximum pressure that a pressure vessel or plant is designed to withstand safety when operating normally;

  • Planned Outage means the removal of equipment from service availability for inspection and/or general overhaul of one or more major equipment groups. To qualify as a Planned Outage, the maintenance (a) must actually be conducted during the Planned Outage, and in Seller’s sole discretion must be of the type that is necessary to reliably maintain the Project, (b) cannot be reasonably conducted during Project operations, and (c) causes the generation level of the Project to be reduced by at least ten percent (10%) of the Contract Capacity.

  • Extra Work means any work which is determined by City to be necessary for the proper completion of the Project, but which the Parties did not reasonably anticipate would be necessary at the execution of this Agreement. Consultant shall not perform, nor be compensated for, Extra Work without written authorization from City’s Representative.

  • Work Site means the site where the Work is being performed.

A reduction in output or removal from service of a generating unit in response to changes in market conditions shall not constitute a Generator Forced Outage.

  • Work Day means any day that an Employee is regularly scheduled to work and for which the Employee receives payment from the Employer.
