Workplace Safety and Insurance Board Payments. The Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB) is responsible for administering the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act, and payments will be made according to the provisions set out within that Act. Any future legislative or regulatory changes may necessitate further discussion on the part of both parties. Pending the decision of the WSIB regarding entitlement to awards, an employee's normal earnings will be maintained at his/her current level of sick leave (i.e. 100%, 75%, 0%).
