Workshop Participation. $22.96 This rate applies to ten- and eleven-month district Supervisor I Salary Schedule employees participating in workshops which do not involve management responsibilities referenced in Section 6.01. Such workshop participation must be at the request of the district and take place during times outside their assignment year as defined in Section 4.01.

Workshop Participation. $22.96 per hour* for voluntary District-sponsored workshops or hourly pro-rata rate for mandatory District-sponsored workshops. This rate applies to ten- and eleven-month district Supervisor II Salary Schedule employees participating in District-sponsored workshops which do not involve Supervisor II responsibilities referenced in Section 4.01. Such workshop participation must be at the request of the District and taken during times outside their assignment year as defined in Section 4.01.
Workshop Participation. Participant agrees to pay to TMG, unless noted otherwise, the sum of $800 payable as follows: $400 non-refundable deposit prior to or in connection with the execution of this agreement; and $400 no later than four weeks prior to the commencement of the workshop. The full tuition becomes non-refundable four weeks prior to the workshop start date. If paid in full at the time of registration, a $100 discount shall be applied to the tuition. The full $700 tuition paid upon registration is nonrefundable. TMG and its representative’s role at the workshop will be solely as workshop instructor. TMG shall not be responsible for the supervision or direction of the workshop host or participants. Participant understands that TMG is not a licensed contractor. Participant understands and agrees that TMG is not responsible for obtaining permits or otherwise responsible for the condition of the premises and construction performed prior to or during the workshop. Participant understands and agrees that the workshop is “hands on” with the goal that Participants shall assist in construction at the workshop. However, Participant is not required to engage in any physical activity and is solely responsible for gauging and staying within his or her physical limits and skills.

  • Community Participation Goods, works, and services required for Part B.2 of the Project may be procured on the basis of community participation in accordance with rules and procedures acceptable to the Association, as set forth in the PIP.

  • Employee Participation The Employer will assist employees' participation in health promotion and health education programs. Health promotion and health education programs that have been endorsed by the Employer (Minnesota Management & Budget) will be considered to be non-assigned job-related training pursuant to Administrative Procedure 21. Approval for this training is at the discretion of the Appointing Authority and is contingent upon meeting staffing needs in the employee's absence and the availability of funds. Employees are eligible for release time, tuition reimbursement, or a pro rata combination of both. Employees may be reimbursed for up to one hundred (100) percent of tuition or registration costs upon successful completion of the program. Employees may be granted release time, including the travel time, in lieu of reimbursement.

  • Union Participation The Employer agrees not to interfere with the rights of the employees to become members of the Union and there shall be no discrimination, interference, restraint, or coercion by the Employer or any Employer representative against any employee because of Union membership or because of any employee activity officially sanctioned by this contract on behalf of the Union.

  • Participation Contributor will participate in any Work Groups (defined in the Policy) identified above, and any other Work Groups that it actually participates in or notifies ODIF that it wants to participate in, according to the rules and procedures in the then-current OpenID Process Document (“Process Document”), which is fully incorporated into this Agreement by this reference, and subject to the Policy.

  • Committee Participation 9.01 Except as otherwise provided in this Collective Agreement, an Employee (or the Employee’s alternate) who is a member and attends meetings of a committee established by the Employer, shall be paid at the Employee’s Basic Rate of Pay for attendance at such meetings.
