Worksite Inductions. (a) in the event the Client requires an employee or sub-contractor of the Contractor to undertake a Worksite induction during working hours, the Client will be liable to pay the hourly charges for that period. If any induction needs to be undertaken prior to the commencement date then the Client shall be liable to pay the Contractor’s standard (and/or overtime, if applicable) hourly labour rate; or
Worksite Inductions. (a) in the event the Client requires an employee or sub-contractor of Xxxxxxx Air to undertake a Worksite induction during working hours, the Client will be liable to pay the hourly charges for that period. If any induction needs to be undertaken prior to the commencement date then the Client shall be liable to pay Xxxxxxx Air’s standard (and/or overtime, if applicable) hourly labour rate; or
Worksite Inductions. (a) in the event the Customer requires an employee or sub-contractor of AEL to undertake a Worksite induction during working hours, the Customer will be liable to pay the hourly charges for that period. If any induction needs to be undertaken prior to the commencement date then the Customer shall be liable to pay AEL’s standard (and/or overtime, if applicable) hourly labour rate; or
Worksite Inductions. (a) in the event the Client requires an employee or sub-contractor of MNE to undertake a Worksite induction during working hours, the Client will be liable to pay the hourly charges for that period. If any induction needs to be undertaken prior to the commencement date then the Client shall be liable to pay MNE’s standard (and/or overtime, if applicable) hourly labour rate; or
Worksite Inductions. (a) in the event the Customer requires an employee or sub-contractor of P & M Fireplaces to undertake a Worksite induction during working hours, the Customer will be liable to pay the hourly charges for that period. If any induction needs to be undertaken prior to the commencement date then the Customer shall be liable to pay P & M Fireplaces’ standard (and/o overtime, if applicable) hourly labour rate; or
Worksite Inductions. (a) in the event the Client requires an employee or sub-contractor of RKJ to undertake a Worksite induction during working hours, the Client will be liable to pay the hourly charges for that period. If any induction needs to be undertaken prior to the commencement date then the Client shall be liable to pay RKJ’s standard (and/or overtime, if applicable) hourly labour rate; or
Worksite Inductions. (a) in the event the Customer requires an employee or sub-contractor of TRT to undertake a Worksite induction during working hours, the Customer will be liable to pay the hourly charges for that period. If any induction needs to be undertaken prior to the commencement date then the Customer shall be liable to pay TRT’s standard (and/or overtime, if applicable) hourly labour rate; or
Worksite Inductions. (a) in the event the Client requires an employee or sub-contractor of VPA to undertake a Worksite induction during working hours, the Client will be liable to pay the hourly charges for that period. If any induction needs to be undertaken prior to the commencement date then the Client shall be liable to pay VPA’s standard (and/or overtime, if applicable) hourly labour rate; or
Worksite Inductions. (a) in the event the Customer requires an employee or sub-contractor of Balmoral to undertake a Worksite induction during working hours, the Customer will be liable to pay the hourly charges for that period. If any induction needs to be undertaken prior to the commencement date then the Customer shall be liable to pay Balmoral’s standard (and/or overtime, if applicable) hourly labour rate; or
Worksite Inductions. (a) in the event the Client requires an employee or sub-contractor of ZEN Energy to undertake a Worksite induction during working hours, the Client will be liable to pay the hourly charges for that period. If any induction needs to be undertaken prior to the commencement date then the Client shall be liable to pay ZEN Energy’s standard (and/or overtime, if applicable) hourly labour rate; or
