Common use of Written Formal Grievance Clause in Contracts

Written Formal Grievance. If further action is required, the aggrieved has ten (10) regular work days from the review with the immediate supervisor to file a written, formal grievance with the Chief Human Resources Officer and/or Human Resources Director. The written grievance will indicate the specific language of the negotiated agreement which has been violated or misapplied and all supporting data.
