Common use of Written Permission Clause in Contracts

Written Permission. Written Permission for the Project upon terms and conditions acceptable to the Lender shall be obtained from the relevant authorities prior to the date of first drawdown of the Construction Loan Facility or such later date as may be approved by the Lender;
