Common use of Written Presentation Clause in Contracts

Written Presentation. All grievances presented at Step 1, and Final Step of the procedure set forth in Section 6.2 of this Agreement shall contain the following information: (a) Name(s) of the employee(s) involved. (b) Date of the alleged grievance. (c) Date of the first discussion of the grievance with the immediate manager, if any. (d) Date of the immediate manager's answer or response to the grievance, if any. (e) Nature of the grievance and the alleged facts giving rise to the grievance. (f) Date of the presentation and delivery of the written grievance. (g) The provision(s) or section(s) of the Agreement alleged to have been violated.
