WSIB. as defined in the plan, occupational related sickness or accident is not covered by the salary continuance plan or the long-term disability plan. TPR will not top-up the W.S.I.B. payment to the employee. TPR will advance the estimated amount of compensation to the employee for the first two pay periods pending receipt of the W.S.I.B. cheque. Requests for such advances must be submitted within the first week of the first pay period of the occurrence. Prior to the release of any advance from TPR, the employee will be required to sign:
