Common use of XXXX Deduction Clause in Contracts

The Board agrees to honor contribution deduction authorization from its teachers in the following form (or reasonable likeness): I hereby authorize the Board of Education to deduct from my salary, during the last pay period in October only, the sum of $ and to forward that amount to the Lake County Federation of Teachers, Committee on Political Education (COPE).
