Xxxx of Substitutes. In accordance with the Back-to-School Plan, when a teacher agrees to teach an additional half class due to the inability to find a substitute for another teacher, they will be compensated ½ of a substitute’s pay when covering the class for at least ½ day.

  • PRODUCT SUBSTITUTION In the event a specified manufacturer’s Product listed in the Contract becomes unavailable or cannot be supplied by the Contractor for any reason (except as provided for in the Savings/Force Majeure Clause) a Product deemed in writing by the Commissioner to be equal to or better than the specified Product must be substituted by the Contractor at no additional cost or expense to the Authorized User. Unless otherwise specified, any substitution of Product prior to the Commissioner’s written approval may be cause for cancellation of Contract.

  • Use of sub-processors (a) The data importer has the data exporter’s general authorisation for the engagement of sub-processor(s) from an agreed list. The data importer shall specifically inform the data exporter in writing of any intended changes to that list through the addition or replacement of sub-processors at least thirty (30) days in advance, thereby giving the data exporter sufficient time to be able to object to such changes prior to the engagement of the sub-processor(s).
