Xxxxx Adjustments. The Grantee acknowledges that the only source of funding for the Grants is the appropriation to CPB by the United States Congress, and that the Grants are, therefore, contingent upon CPB receiving its FY 2018 federal appropriation in the amount of $441,978,005. In the event reductions occur in the amount of that appropriation, by rescission or otherwise, before or after Grant funds are paid to the Grantee, the Grants shall automatically be reduced by a proportional amount. CPB will notify Grantee of the amount of any such reduction, and Xxxxxxx agrees to promptly return the amount to CPB. CPB may, at its sole discretion, elect to recover all or part of such funds immediately or by reducing future payments that may be due the Grantee under this or any other CPB grant program. The Grantee hereby agrees to any adjustments to its Grants as determined solely by CPB.

CPB will notify Grantee of the amount of any such reduction, and Xxxxxxx agrees to promptly return the amount to CPB. CPB may, at its sole discretion, elect to recover all or part of such funds immediately or by reducing future payments that may be due Grantee under this or any other CPB grant program. Xxxxx Adjustments. The FFS experience was calculated using the net paid claim data from the FFS data provided by ODJFS. Milliman adjusted the FFS experience to reflect payments/refunds occurring outside of normal claim adjudication. Milliman received a “gross adjustments” file from ODJFS containing the additional adjustments.
Xxxxx Adjustments. All requests for programmatic or budgetary adjustments requiring SJI approval must be submitted by the project director in a timely manner (ordinarily 30 days prior to the implementation of the adjustment being requested). All requests for changes from the approved application will be carefully reviewed for both consistency with this guideline and the enhancement of grant goals and objectives. Failure to submit adjustments in a timely manner may result in the termination of a grantee’s award.

  • Year-End Adjustment If necessary, on or before the last day of the first month of each fiscal year, an adjustment payment shall be made by the appropriate party in order that the amount of the investment advisory fees waived or reduced and other payments remitted by the Adviser to the Fund or Funds with respect to the previous fiscal year shall equal the Excess Amount.

  • Tax Adjustment Tenant shall pay as additional rent for each Calendar Year that amount (the "Tax Adjustment Amount") which is Tenant's Proportionate Share of the amount by which the Taxes incurred with respect to such Calendar Year exceed the Tax Base Amount. The Tax Adjustment Amount with respect to each Calendar Year shall be paid in monthly installments, in an amount estimated from time to time by Landlord and communicated by written notice to Tenant. The amount of any refund of Taxes received by Landlord shall be credited against Taxes for the year in which such refund is received. In determining the amount of Taxes for any year, the amount of special assessments to be included shall be limited to the amount of the installment (plus any interest payable thereon) of such special assessment required to be paid during such year as if the Landlord had elected to have such special assessment paid over the maximum period of time permitted by law; if the authority to whom such assessment is to be paid shall not permit such assessment to be paid in installments, the amount of such assessment shall be treated as being amortized over such number of calendar years, beginning with the Calendar Year in which the assessment is payable, as Landlord shall reasonably determine, with interest at the rate of 15% per annum on the unamortized amount, and such amortization and interest for each Calendar Year shall be included in Taxes for that Calendar Year.

  • Upward Adjustments The Purchase Price shall be adjusted upward by the following:

  • Fee Adjustments The fixed fees and other fees expressed as stated dollar amounts in this Schedule C and in this Agreement are subject to annual increases, commencing on the one-year anniversary date of the date of this Agreement, in an amount equal to the percentage increase in consumer prices for services as measured by the United States Consumer Price Index entitled “All Services Less Rent of Shelter,” or a similar index should such index no longer be published, since such one-year anniversary or since the date of the last fee increase, as applicable.
