Electronic and Digital Signatures The parties to this Agreement agree that any electronic and/or digital signatures of the parties included in this Agreement are intended to authenticate this writing and to have the same force and effect as the use of manual signatures.

Agreement to Use Electronic Signatures I agree, and it is my intent, to sign this Contract by accessing State of Indiana Supplier Portal using the secure password assigned to me and by electronically submitting this Contract to the State of Indiana. Electronic Signatures and Electronic Records The Parties consent to the use of electronic signatures. The Agreement, and any other documents requiring a signature hereunder, may be signed electronically by the Parties in the manner specified by any applicable City regulation, rule, and/or ordinance. The Parties agree not to deny the legal effect or enforceability of the Agreement solely because it is in electronic form or because an electronic record was used in its formation. The Parties agree not to object to the admissibility of the Agreement in the form of an electronic record, or a paper copy of an electronic document, or a paper copy of a document bearing an electronic signature, on the ground that it is an electronic record or electronic signature or that it is not in its original form or is not an original.
Facsimile and Email Signatures The use of facsimile signatures and signatures delivered by email in portable document format (.pdf) affixed in the name and on behalf of the transfer agent and registrar of the Partnership on certificates representing Common Units is expressly permitted by this Agreement.
Data Encryption Contractor must encrypt all State data at rest and in transit, in compliance with FIPS Publication 140-2 or applicable law, regulation or rule, whichever is a higher standard. All encryption keys must be unique to State data. Contractor will secure and protect all encryption keys to State data. Encryption keys to State data will only be accessed by Contractor as necessary for performance of this Contract.
Malicious Use of Orphan Glue Records Registry Operator shall take action to remove orphan glue records (as defined at xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/en/committees/security/sac048.pdf) when provided with evidence in written form that such records are present in connection with malicious conduct.
Facsimile and Electronic Signatures The use of facsimile or other electronic signatures affixed in the name and on behalf of the Transfer Agent, if any, on certificates or other documents (if uncertificated) representing Shares is expressly permitted by this Agreement.
