Xxxx’x Discretion. If adjunct professors in the PHP have the same seniority and request to teach the same course, the Xxxx shall have sole discretion to determine the assignment.
Xxxx’x Discretion. If this becomes necessary, I understand that I will also be responsible for any additional costs incurred by Xx. Xxxx in order to collect fees due. I understand that Xx. Xxxx may decline to do further work on any matter when the bill is more than three months past due until payment has been made.
