Xxxxx Xxx Selection. 24.1.4 After January 2014 available Xxxxx Days will be selected within the employees assigned Unit Day as they become available by seniority per the “Full-Time Seniority In Rank” appendix of CBA.

For all employees, the selection of Xxxxx Days shall be determined by shift, based 17 on seniority as defined in Article 7 of the current Collective Bargaining Agreement. The following 18 method will be utilized in the Xxxxx Xxx selections process. Only one District Chief will be allowed 19 off on Xxxxx Xxx per shift. 20 Exchange of Xxxxx Days will follow the same procedure as outlined in Section 12.4 Trade Time 21 Policy. 22 The Xxxxx Xxx will remain in effect for the remainder of the annual Xxxxx Xxx cycle provided 23 the employee remains in that classification.
Xxxxx Xxx Selection. A. Each Member must be scheduled one (1) Xxxxx Xxx per work cycle (rounded to the nearest whole number.) Xxxxx Days will be scheduled by the Employees and published by November 1st each year.
B. The Members of each shift shall, based on seniority and staffing guideline requirements, be given the opportunity to choose two (2) Xxxxx Days at a time until all Xxxxx Days have been chosen. Once the Xxxxx Xxx schedule has been posted, the Xxxxx Xxx can only be changed by mutual agreement between the Employee and the Employer.

Example: ninety (90) personnel divided by seven (7) 9 will result in six (6) days of the week with twelve (12) personnel off on Xxxxx Xxx and one (1) 10 day of the week with thirteen (13) personnel off on Xxxxx Xxx. The total number of Xxxxx Xxx 11 slots will equal the total number of personnel per shift per classification. These Xxxxx Xxx 12 selections shall become effective the first 21-day work period commencing the following 13 January.
