Kerangka perjanjian ini meliputi liberalisasi perdagangan, investasi, perlindungan hak kekayaan intelektual, transparansi, anti-persaingan, memperdalam kerja xxxx, xxx menetapkan prosedur untuk menegakkan perjanjian. Perjanjian ini terjalin dilandasi oleh kepentingan nasional masing-masing negara.
