Common use of Xxxxxxx Functions Clause in Contracts

Xxxxxxx Functions. Shop Stewards shall be entitled to carry out their functions under the Agreement including the investigation of grievances with the Company on the work site. The carrying out of said functions shall be done during the Shop Xxxxxxx'x rest or meal period and always providing it does not interfere with the performance of their employment duties to the client or Company. Under no circumstances shall a Shop Xxxxxxx leave the site to carry out these functions.
