Common use of Xxxxxxx Training Clause in Contracts

Xxxxxxx Training. During each year of this Agreement the Union’s principal officer may request that Union stewards be provided with up to one work day of release time without loss of pay to participate in the xxxxxxx training programs sponsored by the Union.

Xxxxxxx Training. During each year of this Agreement the Union’s principal officer may request that Union stewards be provided with up to one work day of unpaid release time without loss of pay to participate in the xxxxxxx training programs sponsored by the Union. The Union shall submit to the Employer as far in advance as possible, but at least two weeks in advance, the names of those stewards who will be attending training.
