Payments and Deductions. It shall be the sole responsibility of MSEA-SEIU to collect its dues and to verify contributions made in lieu of service fees pursuant to Section 6. No payroll deduction of service fees shall be made from workers’ compensation benefits or for any payroll period in which earnings received are insufficient to cover the amount of the deduction, nor shall such deductions be made from subsequent payrolls to retroactively cover the period in question. Employees shall not be penalized for failing to pay service fees for any such pay period(s).

Payments and Deductions. Streamray will remit the amounts due to Customer on a semi- monthly basis as follows: the 1st through 15th, and the 16th through the month end (each, a "Payment Period"). Streamray will use commercially reasonable efforts to remit the applicable payment, if any, to Customer within five (5) business days following the end of the applicable Payment Period. Streamray will withhold any taxes or other funds as required by law, and may also further deduct amounts necessary to cover Chargebacks and Credits. Streamray will make the final determination if any Chargeback or Credit is valid and appropriate.

Payments and Deductions a) The Headlessor agrees with the CRS to, throughout the Term make all payments due by the Headlessor: i) to the CRS under this Agreement or on any other account; ii) for any amount outstanding under this Headlease in respect of service charges, water service charges, outgoings; or iii) for any amount outstanding in respect of the nominated repairer, repairer or other contractor’s fees; and iv) to pay or suffer deduction of any such payments due from the Rent to be paid to it by the CRS. b) The Headlessor must reimburse the CRS on demand for any money paid by the CRS for or on behalf of the Headlessor within fourteen (14) days of demand.
