Common use of Xxxxxxx Training Clause in Contracts

Xxxxxxx Training. Job Stewards appointed for the first time after January 1, 2010, will be permitted to use up to eight (8) hours of their Job Xxxxxxx Leave as described above, for purposes of training as a Job Xxxxxxx. Additionally, the Union may designate up to fifty percent (50%) percent of their current Job Xxxxxxx workforce in any year of the Agreement to train as representatives at grievance hearings. Those Job Stewards so designated shall be permitted to use Job Xxxxxxx Leave to observe a maximum of three (3) Step One or Two Hearings (not to exceed twelve (12) hours) during the term of this Agreement.
