Common use of Xxxxxxx Training Clause in Contracts

Xxxxxxx Training. A permanent Xxxxxxx may, on request, and with the mutual approval of the Employer, return to his former position for the purpose of maintaining his skills and knowledge as a Technical employee. A Xxxxxxx who utilizes this option will be paid the applicable wage rate for the Technical position he returns to and he will have up to three (3) months during which he can decide to resume his Xxxxxxx'x role.
