Notices given in the manner aforesaid shall be deemed sufficiently served or given for all purposes under this Agreement upon the earliest of (i) actual receipt or refusal by the addressee, (ii) three (3) business days following the date such notices, demands or requests shall be deposited in any Post Office, or branch Post Office regularly maintained by the United States Government, (iii) one (1) business day after delivered to the nationally recognized overnight courier service, or (iv) on the date sent by e-mail (with confirmation of transmission or without notice of rejection of transmission) if sent during normal business hours of the recipient, and on the next business day if sent after normal business hours of the recipient, as the case may be.
