Xxxxxxxxx Bypass. Provided both parties agree, Step 1 and/or Step 2 of the grievance procedure may be bypassed and the grievance brought directly to the next step. No disposition of any grievance shall be in conflict with any of the terms or conditions of this Agreement. By mutual agreement a grievance may be settled at any step without establishing precedent. A grievance arising under this contract may be processed through the grievance procedure until resolution even after expiration of the contract.
