Xxxxxxxxx Defined. Any teacher, group of teachers or the Association believing that there has been a violation, misinterpretation or misapplication of any provision of this Agreement, may file a written grievance with the Board or its designated representative. The Board hereby designates as its representative for such purpose, the principal in each school building and the Superintendent of schools (Step 3) when the particular grievance arises in more than one school building.
Xxxxxxxxx Defined. 1. A grievance is defined as a formal written complaint by an aggrieved permanent employee(s) that there has been a violation of a specific provision(s) of this Agreement; or
Xxxxxxxxx Defined. A grievance is defined as any complaint involving an alleged misinterpretation, misapplication or violation of this agreement.

Xxxxxxxxx Defined. A “grievance” is a written claim by an employee(s) or the Association that there has been an alleged violation of any provision of this Agreement.
Xxxxxxxxx Defined. Sec. 5. For the purposes of this chapter, franchise means any franchise as defined in IC 23-2-2.5-1, clauses (a) (1) (2) and (3), and any agreement meeting the provisions of IC 23-2-2.5-1, clauses (a) (1) and (2) which relates to the business of selling automobiles and/or trucks and the business of selling gasoline and/or oil primarily for use in vehicles with or without the sale of accessory items. Xxxxxxxxx Defined. A grievance shall be defined as an alleged violation of the expressed terms and conditions of this contract. The following matters shall not be the basis of any grievance filed under the procedure outlined in this Article:
Xxxxxxxxx Defined. For employees in the representation unit covered by this MOU a grievance shall be defined and processed as indicated below. This definition and procedure shall prevail over any other grievance definition and procedure for employees whose classification is included in the representation units covered by this Memorandum.
Xxxxxxxxx Defined. A grievance is defined as a dispute over the interpretation or application of this Memorandum of Understanding by an employee adversely effected thereby, but shall not include the following: § Disciplinary actions as defined herein which shall be subject to appeal through the procedure contained in this agreement for the appeal of disciplinary actions. § Complaints regarding Equal Opportunity, Occupational Health and Safety, Workers' Compensation or discrimination complaints based on a lawfully precognized protected classification or the applicable procedures for such complaints. § The exercise of any County rights as specified in this Memorandum, so long as the exercise of such rights does not conflict with other provisions of this agreement. § Any impasse or dispute in the meeting and conferring process, or any matter within the scope of representation. § Any matter for which a different appeals procedure is provided either by statutes, ordinances, resolutions, or agreements. MCRNA shall be entitled to file a grievance on behalf of an employee or group of employees adversely affected by a grievable matter. MCRNA may file a grievance on its own behalf only on those matters which pertain to the rights of MCRNA as an organization.
Xxxxxxxxx Defined. 1. Employee grievance is a claim by one (1) or more employees covered by this Agreement (or by the Association on behalf of the employee(s) covered hereby with the consent of the employee(s)) that the District has violated an express term of this Agreement.
