Xxxxxxxxx Cyber Courses for Students. The District may offer students to enroll in “xxxxxxxxx” courses through the XXXXX program. Most often students will enroll in xxxxxxxxx courses because of a scheduling conflict (e.g. AP Literature and AP Biology are offered the same period) or they desire to participate in academic courses offered through the XXXXX program, which cannot reasonably be offered by the District. For purposes of student enrollment in xxxxxxxxx course, the District agrees that if Northern York students’ enrollment in a particular XXXXX course offering reaches 30 students, the District shall ensure that a bargaining unit member begins teaching that course within a traditional classroom setting. If applicable, the District and the Association shall bargain the wages, hours, and terms and conditions of employment of said position or offering.
