MONTHLY SALARIES Sample Clauses

MONTHLY SALARIES. 24.1 Employees shall be paid monthly salaries as listed in Appendix "A" of this agreement. 24.2 Salary changes are related to continuous months of employment. The effective date for an Employee's salary change shall be the anniversary date of employment. The Union recognizes that the Employer operates a bi-weekly payroll system and agrees that the effective date for salary changes for Employee anniversaries occurring in the first week of the pay period shall be the first day of that pay period and that the effective date of salary changes occurring in the second week of the pay period shall be the first day of the next pay period. 24.3 The Employer shall have the sole authority to determine the appropriate step placement for a new Employee. 24.4 An Employee shall receive two hours added to the Employee's compensatory time bank per full shift while actually working as a field training officer with responsibilities for evaluation of a new officer. The two hours of compensatory time shall be pro-rated for shifts shorter than 10 hours.
MONTHLY SALARIESSubject to successful completion of a financing round in an accumulated amount exceeding US$ 12 million, the Employee shall be entitled to an Annual Bonus of five (5)
MONTHLY SALARIES. The monthly salaries for the pay classifications covered by this agreement are contained in Appendix “A” to this agreement.
MONTHLY SALARIES. 12.1 The monthly salaries of the employees covered by this Agreement shall be as set forth within Appendix A to this Agreement. Should it become necessary to establish a new job classification within the bargaining unit during the term of this Agreement, the Employer may designate a job classification title and salary for the classification. The salary for a new classification within the bargaining unit shall be subject to negotiations at such time as the salaries for the subsequent year are negotiated or six (6) months after the classification is established, whichever is the earlier.
MONTHLY SALARIESEffective January 1, 2024, the monthly salary rates in effect on December 31, 2023, shall be increased by 4.5% (four and a half percent). Effective January 1, 2025, the monthly salary rates in effect on December 31, 2024, shall be increased by 100% of the CPI-W for the Seattle-Tacoma-Bellevue region for the 12-month period ending in June with a minimum increase of 2% and a maximum increase of 6%. Effective January 1, 2026, the monthly salary rates in effect on December 31, 2025, shall be increased by 100% of the CPI-W for the Seattle-Tacoma-Bellevue region for the 12-month period ending in June with a minimum increase of 2% and a maximum increase of 6%.
MONTHLY SALARIES. 9.1 The monthly salaries of the employees covered by this Agreement shall be as set forth within Appendix A to this Agreement.
MONTHLY SALARIES. ‌ All monthly salaries shall be increased by 2.4% from the beginning of the pay period commencing on 1 September 2012 or soonest thereafter. The new agreed monthly salary shall be at least 175 × the employee’s basic hourly wage, and the converted monthly salary shall be at least 173 × the employee’s personal time rate.
MONTHLY SALARIES. 32.1 Employees hired before January 1, 2020 who are subject to Article XXXVII of this agreement, and all Employees hired on or after January 1, 2020, shall be paid monthly salaries as follows: 12/21/19 12/19/20 Starting Sergeant $ 8,557 $ 8,814 After 12 months continuous service $ 8,984 $ 9,254 After 24 months continuous service $ 9,307 $ 9,586 32.2 Employees hired on or before January 1, 2020 who made a one-time irrevocable election to decline wellness requirements under Article XXXVII of this agreement shall be paid monthly salaries as follows: 12/21/19 12/19/20 Starting Sergeant $ 8,343 $ 8,594 After 12 months continuous service $ 8,759 $ 9,023 After 24 months continuous service $ 9,074 $ 9,346 Pay steps in section 32.2 shall be 97.5% of the same steps in section 32.1. 32.3 In addition to the base pay rate, an Employee assigned by the Employer to the detective unit will receive an additional 5% of the Employee's current hourly pay rate when assigned. This amount will be pro-rated for an assignment of less than a full month. 32.4 Salary changes are related to continuous months of service. A. The effective date for an Employee's salary change shall be the anniversary date of promotion. B. The Employer operates a bi-weekly payroll system and the effective date for salary changes occurring in the first week of the pay period shall be the first day of that pay period and that the effective date of salary changes occurring in the second week of the pay period shall be the first day of the next pay period. C. General raises shall become effective at the beginning of the pay period closest to January 1. 32.5 The Employer shall have the sole authority to determine the appropriate step placement for a newly hired or promoted Employee.

MONTHLY SALARIES. The agreed and converted monthly salaries shall be increased by 0.4% from the beginning of the pay period com- mencing on 1 February 2015 or soonest thereafter. An employee’s new agreed monthly salary shall be at least 175 × that employee’s base hourly wage. If the employee’s regular weekly working hours come to under 40 hours, the multiplier shall, for agreed monthly salary, be the figure ob- tained by multiplying 175 by the number of weekly regular working hours divided by 40. An employee’s new agreed monthly salary shall be at least 173 × the employee’s personal time-based rate (see sec- tion 8 A, subsection A.1 or A.3. of the collective agreement). If the employee’s regular weekly working hours come to under 40 hours, the multiplier shall, for converted monthly salary, be the figure obtained by multiplying 173 by the number of weekly regular working hours divided by 40.
