Common use of Year-End Grievances Clause in Contracts

Year-End Grievances. In the event that a grievance is filed by an employee working less than twelve (12) months at such time that it cannot be processed through the steps in this procedure by the end of the work year of the grievant, by mutual agreement of the District and the Association, time limits set forth herein may be modified.
