What happens if I do nothing. At All? If you are a “Current Participant” as defined on page 1, and do nothing, you will participate in the Settlement of the Class Action as described above in this Settlement Notice if the Settlement is approved.
What happens if I do nothing. If you do nothing, you will not get any money from the Settlement, you will not be able to sue for the claims in this case, and you release the claims against Defendant described in Question 8.
What happens if I do nothing. If you do nothing, and if you fit the Settlement Class description, you will automatically be a member of the Settlement Class. However, if you do not timely file a Claim Form at the appropriate time later in the process, you will not receive any payment from the Settlements. You will be bound by past and future rulings, including rulings on the Settlements, Released Claims, and Releasees.
What happens if I do nothing. If you do nothing, you will get no payment from this Settlement. Unless you exclude yourself, after the Settlement is granted final approval and the Settlement becomes final, you will be bound by the terms of the Settlement and you will never be able to start a lawsuit, continue with a lawsuit, or be part of any other lawsuit against Defendant related to the claims released by the Settlement.
What happens if I do nothing. If you do nothing as a RoundPoint Settlement Class Member, you’ll receive no money or escrow credit from this Settlement. But, unless you exclude yourself from the Settlement, you will not be able to start a lawsuit or continue with a lawsuit against Defendants about the legal issues that were or could have been raised in this case, ever again.
What happens if I do nothing. If you are a Class Member and you do nothing, you will be included in the Settlement Class, but you will not receive a monetary benefit even if the proposed settlement is approved. You also will not be able to pursue any other lawsuit against GE or Samsung concerning or relating to the claims alleged in this lawsuit.
What happens if I do nothing. If you do nothing, you will not receive any money. You will still be deemed part of the Class Action, and you will be releasing all claims you may have related to the allegations in the case.
What happens if I do nothing. If you do nothing: (a) you will receive $[AMOUNT]; (b) you will release the claims described above; (c) you will give up the right to xxx Defendant for these claims; and (d) you will be bound by the terms and conditions of the Settlement. Should you have any questions about the scope of the Release, you may contact the settlement administrator at the numbers or addresses listed at the end of the notice. Defendant will not take any adverse action against any individual because he or she participates or declines to participate in the settlement.
What happens if I do nothing. If you do nothing, you will become a Class Member bound by the terms of the Settlement Agreement and Final Judgment, thus forfeiting your right to xxx on your own regarding any claims that are part of the settlement. However, your failure to timely submit a Valid Claim Form will forfeit your right to receive your portion of the Settlement Fund.
What happens if I do nothing. If you are a Class Member, you do nothing, and the Court approves the Settlement, you will be part of the are a Class Member, you do nothing, and the Court approves the Settlement, you will not receive any cash payment. To receive a cash payment, you must timely submit a valid claim as explained above. If you are a Class Member and do not want to receive a Settlement cash payment, but you want to keep the right to xxx or continue to xxx MEF, any Massage Envy® franchised location in Missouri, or any of the Released Parties (defined in the Amended Settlement Agreement) individually, on your own behalf, about the legal issues in this lawsuit, then you must take steps to get out of the Settlement and the lawsuit. This is called excluding yourself from the Settlement (also referred to as “opting out”).
