Átruházás. Az Apple Szoftvert nem kölcsönözheti, lízingelheti, adhatja kölcsön, árulhatja, terjesztheti és adhatja tovább a licencét. Azonban végrehajthatja az Apple Szoftverre vonatkozó összes licencjogainak egyszeri, végleges átruházását egy másik félre, azzal a feltétellel, hogy: (a) az átruházásnak tartalmaznia kell a teljes Apple Szoftvert, beleértve annak összes komponensét, eredeti adathordozót, nyomtatott anyagokat és ezt a Licencet; (b) Ön nem tartja meg az Apple Szoftver sem teljes, sem részleges másolatát, beleértve a számítógépén és egyéb tárolóeszközön tárolt példányokat; továbbá (c) az Apple Szoftvert átvevő fél elolvassa és elfogadja ennek a Licencnek a szerződési feltételeit.
