ОПРЕДЕЛЕНИЯ. Unless the Parties have agreed otherwise, the capitalized terms used by the Parties in the Agreement and Appendices hereto shall have the following meanings: Если Стороны не договорились об ином, термины, приведенные с заглавной буквы и используемые Сторонами в Соглашении и Приложениях к нему, имеют следующие значения: “SELLER’s Affiliate(s)” shall mean any person, corporation or entity, which directly or indirectly controls, is controlled by, or is under a common control with the SELLER. «Аффилированное(ые) лицо(а) ПРОДАВЦА» означает любое лицо, корпорацию или организацию, которая прямо или косвенно контролирует, контролируется или находится под общим контролем с ПРОДАВЦОМ.
