Limitations on Use of the Services. You are authorized to use materials which are made available on our website only for your own personal and noncommercial needs, and you are not authorized to resell access to any such materials or to make copies of any such materials for sale to others. You should not delete copyright or other intellectual property rights notices from printouts of electronically accessed materials.

Limitations on Use of the Services. 4.1 You acknowledge and agree that Verizon (a) is not responsible for invalid or redirected Uniform Resource Locator (“URL”) destinations, transmission errors, or the corruption of your data; and (b) does not guarantee your ability to access all websites, servers or other facilities or that the Services are secure or will meet your needs.
Limitations on Use of the Services. You may use materials available on our website, so long as such materials are used for your own personal purposes and not for commercial purposes. Any such materials must not be resold, accessed to or copies be made for sale to others. Any copyright or other intellectual property rights notices as appear from printouts of electronically accessed materials must not be deleted.
Limitations on Use of the Services. Customer will not use the Services or permit or encourage others to use the Services in an unauthorized or unintended manner or in violation of the terms of this Agreement, or divulge or transfer any materials or information related to the operation of the Services to any third party. Customer shall use the Services in conformance with the selections and configurations of the Services selected by Customer.
Limitations on Use of the Services. Licensee shall use the Services in a responsible and professional manner consistent with the intended and permissible uses herein and consistent with standard industry practice. Licensee shall not override or circumvent, or attempt to override or circumvent, any security feature, control, or use limits of the Bluebook of Business. Licensee will not use the Licensed Materials or Bluebook of Business for commercial purposes not permitted under this Agreement and shall not designate any person as an Authorized User if Licensee has reason to believe such person is likely to use the Services on behalf of a third party or otherwise in violation of this Agreement. Bluebook may use technological means to place reasonable use limits to prohibit excessive use, including excessive downloads or screen views that indicate a violation of this Agreement, such as sharing with third parties or attempting to circumvent limitations to purchased credits (if applicable). If Licensee’s access to the Services is limited under this paragraph, it may request that the limit be removed, and Bluebook may remove or modify a particular limitation if it determines in its sole and absolute discretion that the proposed use by Licensee is in good faith and otherwise consistent with this Agreement.

  • Restrictions on Use of the Service You agree to comply with Viasat’s Acceptable Use Policy, Data Allowance Policy, Bandwidth Usage Policy, Unlimited Data Policy and Email End User License Agreement applicable to your service located at xxx.xxxxx.xxx/xxxxx and xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/xxxxx, all of which are incorporated into and made a part of this Agreement. Viasat reserves the right to immediately terminate the Service and this Agreement if you knowingly or otherwise engage in any prohibited activity. You do not own or have any rights (other than those expressly granted to you) to a particular IP address, even if you are utilizing a static IP address.

  • Limitations on Use No part of the moneys delivered to the Recipient pursuant to Section II hereof is being or will be used to refinance, retire, redeem, or otherwise pay debt service on all or any part of any part of any governmental obligations regardless of whether the interest on such obligations is or was excluded from gross income for federal income tax purposes unless prior approval by the Director is given.

  • Use of the Services 1.1 We will make the Oracle services listed in Your order (the “Services”) available to You pursuant to this Agreement and Your order. Except as otherwise stated in this Agreement or Your order, You have the non- exclusive, worldwide, limited right to use the Services during the period defined in Your order, unless earlier terminated in accordance with this Agreement or Your order (the “Services Period”), solely for Your internal business operations.   • Limitation on Services Except in cases of Emergency Services or Urgent Care, or as otherwise provided under this Certificate, services are available only from Participating Providers and HMO shall have no liability or obligation whatsoever on account of any service or benefit sought or received by a Member from any Physician, Hospital, Skilled Nursing Facility, home health care agency, or other person, entity, institution or organization unless prior arrangements are made by HMO.

  • Allocation and use of scarce resources Any procedures for the allocation and use of scarce resources, including frequencies, numbers and rights of way, will be carried out in an objective, timely, transparent and non-discriminatory manner. The current state of allocated frequency bands will be made publicly available, but detailed identification of frequencies allocated for specific government uses is not required.

  • Limitations on subcontracting In performance of services awarded under OASIS SB, Limitations on Subcontracting, will be monitored and strictly enforced by the OASIS SB CO. References in this contract to the OASIS SB Prime Contractor or “concern” (per FAR 52.219- 14(c)(1)), with respect to limitations on subcontracting, are interpreted to include the prime contractor’s similarly situated subcontractors (under the NAICS code assigned to the contract) as defined in 13 CFR 125.6, unless otherwise specified by the OCO in their individual task order. The Contractor shall invoice to the customer the Total Labor Dollars Subcontracted under each task order. The amount of Labor Dollars Subcontracted must be based on invoiced or actual payments to subcontractors, NOT on proposed or estimated amounts. The Contractor’s Limitations on Subcontracting performance will be monitored in accordance with the following criteria for each type of set-aside: Total Small Business Set-Aside: In performance of all task orders combined as a Total Small Business Set-Aside, at least 50% of the cumulative average of all task order performance incurred for personnel shall be expended by the OASIS SB Prime Contractor.   • Limitations of Use The Services and Atlantic Broadband Equipment, including any firmware or software embedded in Atlantic Broadband Equipment or used to provide the Services, are protected by trademark, copyright, and/or other intellectual property laws and international treaty provisions. You are granted a limited, non-sublicensable, non- transferable revocable license to use such firmware and software in object code form (without making any modification thereto) strictly in accordance with this Agreement. You acknowledge and understand that you are not granted any other license to use the firmware or software embedded in Atlantic Broadband Equipment or used to provide the Services. You expressly agree that you will use Atlantic Broadband Equipment exclusively in connection with the Services. You shall not reverse, compile, disassemble, or reverse engineer or otherwise attempt to derive the source code from the binary code of the firmware or software. If you decide to use the Services through an interface device not provided by Atlantic Broadband, which Atlantic Broadband reserves the right to prohibit in particular cases or generally, you warrant and represent that you possess all required rights to use that interface device with the Services, including all software and firmware licenses. You will indemnify and hold harmless Atlantic Broadband against any and all liability arising out of your use of such interface device with the Services.

  • Your Use of the Service 4.1 You will not use the Service in any way that would constitute or contribute to the commission of a crime, tort, fraud, or other unlawful activity (including activities deemed unlawful under a complainant’s legal jurisdiction) (“Laws”). You will indemnify, and keep us fully indemnified, against all costs, claims, demands, expenses, and liabilities arising out of, or in connection with, any claim that the Service (or its use) infringes any Laws.

  • Limitations on License (a) This license is not assignable or transferable by operation of law or otherwise, except as provided in Paragraph "1(b)" hereof, and is limited to the LICENSEE and to the premises.
