Flex Plan. Effective July 1, 2008, the State will offer a medical flexible spending account plan in addition to the dependent care flexible spending account plan. Flexible spending accounts permit employees to payroll deduct a portion of their pay on a pre-tax basis for the payment of qualified medical and dependent care expenses.
Flex Plan. The City will offer employees, under the same terms and conditions that are offered from time to time to other City employees, the opportunity to participate in the City’s Section 125 Flex Plan. The City will continue to offer this program only so long as the program continues to be authorized by the Internal Revenue Service.
Flex Plan. The District will provide a flexible benefit plan based on and in compliance with Section 125 of IRS code. The District will assume the administrative cost. Any increase in the monthly employee administrative cost shall be borne equally by the District and the participating employee (50/50).
Flex Plan. Using your Flex Plan, you may seek care for many services from non-network providers or from network providers without a referral from your PCP. Once you use the Flex Plan option to receive covered healthcare services, all covered healthcare services associated with the episode of care (e.g., lab, x-ray, hospitalization) are subject to the terms of this Rider. Services which are not covered under the Flex Plan are noted in the Summary of Medical Benefits.
Flex Plan. The College shall offer a flex plan in which employees may, on a pretax basis, establish flexible spending accounts for uncovered medical expenses, for employee premiums for medical benefits, and for dependent care expenses.

B. The District will offer the following additional options of a flex plan to all eligible employees. Each option will have its own minimum rules of participation as set by the District.

This plan will enable each participant to elect to receive payments or reimbursements of his/her medical care expenses that are excluded from the participant’s gross income under Section 105(b) of the Code.
Flex Plan. 1. The Jamestown Public School District will provide a flex plan at no cost to the school district or teachers.
Flex Plan. The following options are available (during the window period) to employees of Decatur School District No. 61. Employees should direct any questions or concerns to the District Business Office.
a. Dependent Care Assistance Plan This plan will enable each participant to elect to receive payments of reimbursement of his/her dependent care expenses that are excludable from the participant’s gross income under Section 129 of the Code.
b. Medical Reimbursement Plan This plan enables each participant to elect to receive payments of reimbursements of his/her medical care expenses that are excludable from the participant’s gross income under Section 105(b) of the Code.
