Consent for personal data processing. 11.1. The Customer consents that ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall collect his/her personal data for the purposes set out in the Master Loan Agreement. The Customer further consents to Ferratum to process his/her personal details in accordance with the applicable Data Protection Act (Cap 440 of the Laws of Malta). The Customer additionally consents to the processing of his/her personal data by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇: 11.1.1. for the purpose of evaluating requests for the provision of its services; 11.1.2. for the purpose of providing the services requested by the Customer; 11.1.3. for internal assessment and analysis, including for the purpose of developing and improving Ferratum’s services; 11.1.4. for direct marketing, such as informing the Customer by telephone, mail, e-mail or other means about the Ferratum’s products and services and for research purposes; and 11.1.5. if and when it is required to do so under the Data Protection Act (Cap 440 of the Laws of Malta) or other legislation applicable to Ferratum. 11.2. The Customer has the right to request Ferratum to provide him or her with information about the personal data held about him/her and to request its correction or erasure, where necessary. The Customer shall inform ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ immediately if there has been any change to the data provided to Ferratum. The Customer shall inform ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ at no cost if he or she does not wish to receive any direct marketing from Ferratum. 11.3. The Customer consents to the processing and release of information contained in the Master Loan Agreement by Ferratum to its employees and Group Companies (as defined in the Companies Act, Cap. 386 of the Laws of Malta), as well as its business associates or agents. Personal data may also need to be disclosed if and when required under the Data Protection Act (Cap 440 of the Laws of Malta) or any other legislation applicable to Ferratum or when required by any competent authority. 11.4. Without prejudice to the generality of the above provisions of this clause, the Customer consents to the transfer of information on the Customer by Ferratum to third party service providers, as well as to entities which process information on credit history of persons and to place information on the Customer in the debt registers/databases containing credit histories of debtors.
