Die Kündigung erfolgt durch (a) entsprechende Mitteilung auf der Website und (b) Übermittlung der Kündigung an die E-Mail-Adresse des Crowd-Investors (an die vom Crowd-Investor im Rahmen seiner Registrierung auf der Website bekanntgegebene E-Mail-Adresse oder eine andere vom Crowd-Investor mittels Aktualisierung seiner Registrierung auf der Website bekanntgegebene E-Mail-Adresse). Die Gesellschaft kann ihr außerordentliches Kündigungsrecht gemäß diesem Punkt 11 binnen 8 Wochen nach Eintritt des jeweils festgelegten vorzeitigen Kündigungsgrundes ausüben.
