Props. 1. The extent to which props are brought in by the organizer (such as superstructures, installations, machines, devices, furniture, decorative material, etc.) must be agreed to with TEC Event Campus GmbH in advance. 2. Props can only be brought in and set-up under compliance with existing statutory safety regulations. They must in particular comply with fire regulations and are only allowed in a flame- retardant condition (DIN 4102 B1). 3. When introducing props to the premise, entryways and exits as well as emergency exits may not be blocked, covered, nor impaired in their function in any other way. The covering of security lights and images is prohibited. Areas for the movement and parking of intervention and rescue vehicles, as well as fire fighting, fire detection, and alarm equipment must be kept free at all times. 4. Superstructures, decorations, lighting, and other devices must be expertly created, able to carry their expected weight, and stable. Injury caused by splinters and sharp edges, or other health hazards, must be ruled out. Hanging decorations must remain at least 2.5 meters above the floor. Excluded from this is equipment on designated stage and performance areas. 5. A free passage with a clear width of at least 1 meter must be kept free between surrounding walls / support and equipment. 6. The installation of conductive material that does not comply with VDE regulations is prohibited. 7. The use of open flames or light, or flammable materials is prohibited. An exception is the use of soot-free candles as table decoration. 8. Artificial devices, dangerous stage performances, and the bringing and involvement of animals are prohibited.
