Rescheduling. 8.1. Customers shall have the right to apply for a re-scheduling of the repayment date of instalments payable in respect of a Loan by a period of thirty (30) days in respect of a maximum of one (1) instalments per Loan. In the case of Loans payable in two (2) instalments, rescheduling is only available in respect of the second instalment. The application for re-scheduling of the repayment date can be submitted via the Common Messaging Services (such as Email), and shall be subject to approval by Ferratum which is entitled to reject such application without assigning any reason. 8.2. Ferratum shall charge a Re-scheduling Fee in respect of each re-scheduling application submitted by the Customer. The quantum of the Rescheduling Fee varies according to the value of the Loan as shown in the Fee List in Appendix 2 to these Terms and Conditions. 8.3. Ferratum shall inform the Customer on the Common Messaging Services (such as Email) whether the re-scheduling application is approved or not. Such communication shall not constitute a binding acceptance. The re- scheduling will not come in force until the Re-scheduling Fee has been settled to Ferratum’s bank account. 8.4. The re-scheduling shall be binding and effective from the moment Ferratum receives the Re-scheduling Fee. 8.5. Once an approved re-scheduling has come in force, the Customer shall be notified accordingly.
Rescheduling. 9.1. Customers are entitled to request a payment deferral in the form of new installment dates and installment amounts in case of short-term loans or the payable installment amount in case of an installment loan. The request for deferral can be submitted in writing (including via email) or via Customer Care and shall be subject to approval of Novum, which is entitled to reject such application without giving reasons. 9.2. For a Rescheduling-application submitted by the Customer and approved by Novum (prolongation) a fee can be charged 9.3. Novum shall inform the Customer on a durable medium whether the Rescheduling-application is approved. If approved by Novum, the Rescheduling will then become effective when confirmed by the Customer via a durable medium. 9.4. Once an approved Rescheduling has come into force, the Customer is notified accordingly via a durable medium and Novum provides the Customer with an Invoice. 9.5. In the event that the Customer does not comply with the agreed Rescheduling terms, Clause 11 (Delay of Payment) and Clause 14 (Termination) apply mutatis mutandis, but with the provision that the due date of the instalment(s) is determined by s the agreed Rescheduling.

Novum shall inform the Customer on a durable medium whether the Rescheduling-application is approved. If approved by Novum, the Rescheduling will then become effective when confirmed by the Customer via a durable medium. 9.4. Once an approved Rescheduling has come into force, the Customer is notified accordingly via a durable medium and Novum provides the Customer with an Invoice. 9.5. In the event that the Customer does not comply with the agreed Rescheduling terms, Clause 11 (Delay of Payment) and Clause 14 (Termination) apply mutatis mutandis, but with the provision that the due date of the instalment(s) is determined by s the agreed Rescheduling.

The application for a Rescheduling can be submitted in writing (including via email) or via Customer Care, and shall be subject to approval by Novum, which is entitled to reject such application without giving reason. 25.2. For each Rescheduling-application submitted by the Customer and approved by Novum a Rescheduling Fee applies. The amount of the Rescheduling Fee varies according to the amount of the Loan granted to the Customer (Please refer to Annex 2 – Fee List hereto). 25.3. Novum shall inform the Customer in writing whether the Rescheduling-application is approved or not. If approved by Novum, the Rescheduling will then become effective when confirmed by the Customer via durable medium. 25.4. Once an approved Rescheduling has come into force, the Customer shall be notified accordingly in line with this Clause and by Invoice via a durable medium. 25.5. In the event that the Customer does not comply with the agreed Rescheduling terms, the Loan becomes due and Novum reserves the right to claim the total outstanding amount in accordance with Clause 11.
