Rescheduling Musterklauseln

Rescheduling. 9.1. Customers are entitled to request a payment deferral in the form of new installment dates and installment amounts in case of short-term loans or the payable installment amount in case of an installment loan. The request for deferral can be submitted in writing (including via email) or via Customer Care and shall be subject to approval of Novum, which is entitled to reject such application without giving reasons.
Rescheduling. 8.1. Customers shall have the right to apply for a re-scheduling of the repayment date of instalments payable in respect of a Loan by a period of thirty (30) days in respect of a maximum of one (1) instalments per Loan. In the case of Loans payable in two (2) instalments, rescheduling is only available in respect of the second instalment. The application for re-scheduling of the repayment date can be submitted via the Common Messaging Services (such as Email), and shall be subject to approval by Ferratum which is entitled to reject such application without assigning any reason.

Where made available by the Bank, Customers shall have the right to apply for a Rescheduling of the repayment dates and amounts of a Bullet Loan or instalments payable in respect of an Instalment Loan. The application for a Rescheduling can be submitted in writing (including via email) or via Customer Care, and shall be subject to approval by Novum, which is entitled to reject such application without giving reason.
