Set-Up and Disassembly. 1. For event set-up and deconstruction, time shall be sufficiently calculated so as to allow the work to be carried out completely and safely. Dates for this work must be organized and coordinated with TEC Event Campus GmbH, and agreed to in a timely manner – regardless of contractually committed set-up and disassembly times. 2. The organizer is not permitted to nail or screw into the floorboards, walls, ceiling, etc. and/or permanently attach other equipment and devices to the building. 3. The organizer is obliged to undertake any work that is necessary for returning the location of TEC Event Campus GmbH at the end of use to the state it was in before commencement of event set-up. Any form of installation or equipment with which the organizer equipped the licensed location, or which the organizer commissioned from a third party, must be removed completely. 4. Upon the handing over and the return of the licensed location, a common inspection log must be produced in which complaints and any existing defects and deadlines for their correction are to be noted. The log is to be signed by both contracting parties.
