3rd Parties definition

3rd Parties means any person or entity not employed by Company.
3rd Parties. Any (individual or company or entity) who is not directly a party to this agreement but the execution of the Project is dependent on the timely performance and cooperation of this (individual or company or entity). Examples: - Hosting Provider; - x Domain Provider; - Mail Service Provider; - Payment Gateways; - Any other aggregator or service provider whose application is to be integrated with the Project; - Any other 3rd Party API or Software or Plugin integration; - 3rd Party Quality Assurance Provider, if any engaged; - 3rd Party Auditors, if any engaged; - 3rd Party Service Provider, if any engaged; - Any other 3rd Party whose participation is required in the completion of the project.
3rd Parties means any person or entity not employed by VTEX, a client or a partner.

  • Vendors means the proposer(s) responding to this RFP and vendor(s) to whom a contract has been awarded as a result of this RFP by SMSD. A responsible vendor is a vendor who has adequate financial resources (or the ability to obtain such resources), can comply with the delivery requirements, and is a qualified and established firm regularly engaged in the type of business that provides the product(s) /service(s) listed herein.

  • Selling Parties has the meaning assigned to such term in the Preamble.

  • Licensees means, collectively, the licensees, sublicensees or distributors under the License Agreements; each a “Licensee”.

  • Clients means the Janus Funds and other individual and institutional advisory clients of Janus.

  • Marketing Information means marketing studies, marketing analyses, and similar research and information designed to identify potential customers and business relationships.

  • MLS means any of the multiple listing services or broker listing cooperatives that is a member of MLS GRID or that has otherwise agreed to license multiple listing service data to MLS GRID, as may change from time to time.

  • Purchaser Related Parties has the meaning specified in Section 6.1.

  • Seller’s Representatives means Seller’s accountants, employees, counsel, environmental consultants, financial advisors, and other representatives.

  • Principal’s Representative means the person nominated by the Principal or other person from time to time appointed in writing by the Principal to act as the Principal’s Representative for the purposes of the Contract.
