The System Agency will monitor the Grantee’s performance of the requirements in Attachment A-1 and compliance with the Contract’s terms and conditions.
A.1 The Contractor shall, prior to commencement of any work on the Project, provide the Judicial Council certificates of insurance, on forms acceptable to the Judicial Council, as evidence that the required insurance, with specifications set forth in Section A.2, is in full force and effect.
A.1.2 The Contractor, and any insurer providing insurance required under the terms of this section A.1 shall waive any right of recovery it may have against the State of California; the Judicial Council of California; the County of Los Angeles; and the Superior Court of California, County of Los Angeles; and their respective officers, consultants, representatives, agents and employees loss or damage to the Work, or for any liability arising out of any work performed by the Contractor under this Contract.
All insurance policies required under this section A.1 shall be in force until the end of the term of this Contract or acceptance of the Project, whichever comes later.
The ISO will have Operational Control over those facilities listed in Appendix A-1 of the ISO/TO Agreement, in accordance with the terms of the ISO/TO Agreement.
