A2 definition

A2 means the maximum activity of radioactive material, other than special form radioactive material, low specific activity, and surface contaminated object material permitted in a Type A package. These values are either listed in 10 CFR 71, Appendix A, which is incorporated by reference in Section R313-19-100 or may be derived in accordance with the procedures prescribed in 10 CFR 71, Appendix A, which is incorporated by reference in Section R313-19-100.

• The Parties further agree that, except as provided in this Agreement, as identified in Addendum A-2, or required by Applicable Law, no provision, rule, or guideline of Texas law otherwise applicable to a governing body or school shall apply to the School or its operation.

• OP shall operate in accordance with the District’s Charter Policy specified in Addendum A-1 and other policies specified in Addendum A-2, as they currently exist or as they may be amended, so long as any such amendment does not constitute a Material Breach of this Agreement.
