Examples of AAA Procedures in a sentence

  • Any Dispute that is not resolved pursuant to Section 18.1 within thirty (30) days after the Dispute notice was given may be submitted for mediation by either Party before a single mediator in accordance with the provisions contained herein and in accordance with the Commercial Mediation Procedures of the AAA in effect at the time of the mediation (“AAA Procedures”); provided, however, that in the event of any conflict between the procedures herein and the AAA Procedures the procedures herein shall control.

  • Dispute Resolution Procedures means the procedures outlined in Annexure A of the MSA Determination.

  • Policies and Procedures means the written policies and procedures of the Client in any way related to the Services, including any such policies and procedures contained in the Organic Documents and the Offering Documents.
