Abbott Agreement means the license agreement between WAKUNAGA and Abbott regarding the license of the development, manufacture, use, sale and import of the Compound and the pharmaceutical preparations containing the Compound, effective as of 1st December, 1999, as amended by the parties and as terminated as of January 27, 2006 pursuant to the Termination Agreement.
