ABL Guarantee and Collateral Agreement definition

ABL Guarantee and Collateral Agreement as defined in the recitals hereto.
ABL Guarantee and Collateral Agreement means the Guarantee and Collateral Agreement as defined in the ABL Credit Agreement.
