Aboriginal Employment Plan definition

Aboriginal Employment Plan means the plan submitted by the Contractor and approved by the Principal that sets out how the Contractor will meet the requirements of the Practice Guide in respect of the Contract, a copy of which is included as Attachment 1 to this Annexure;
Aboriginal Employment Plan means the plan submitted by the Contractor and approved by the Principal in accordance with subclause (d);
Aboriginal Employment Plan means the plan submitted by the Contractor and approved by the Principal that sets out how the Contractor will meet the requirements of the Practice Guide in respect of the Contract;

Examples of Aboriginal Employment Plan in a sentence

  • After receiving the Aboriginal Employment Plan from the Contractor, the Principal must notify the Contractor if it approves the plan or if it requires amendments to the plan.

  • Within 30 calendar days after entering into the Contract (or such longer period as agreed by the Principal), the Contractor must submit to the Principal for approval the Aboriginal Employment Plan which complies with the Practice Guide.

  • Without limiting the application of the Practice Guide the Contractor must: submit the Aboriginal Employment Plan in accordance with clause 4 of this Annexure; within 10 business days after the end of each Reporting Period, submit to the Principal an Aboriginal Employment Report in the manner required by the Principal; and keep and provide access to the Principal or its agents, all supporting information, documents and evidence used to prepare the Aboriginal Employment Report for each Reporting Period.

  • Note – it is Housing’s intention to transition to the Kimberley and Pilbara model of requiring the Aboriginal Employment Plan at the time of tender after a suitable transitional period.

  • Housing reserves the right during the evaluation of the tender to request evidence from a tenderer to verify the validity of the submitted Aboriginal Employment Plan.

  • Unlike the tendering requirement for the Kimberley and Pilbara Regions, there is no requirement to submit an Aboriginal Employment Plan at tender stage.

  • Theoutcomes of the Aboriginal Employment Plan will be reported on throughout the project and measured at the end of contract.

  • For applicable construction and civil works in all other regions, Housing will include reference to this Guide in the tender preamble and will then include contract requirements that will require submission of an Aboriginal Employment Plan.

  • For construction and civil works in the Kimberley and Pilbara regions, Contractors must submit an Aboriginal Employment Plan as part of their tender submission.

  • If a Contractor is unable to meet the targets or goals described in their Aboriginal Employment Plan, they should formally notify Housing and work with Housing to develop a resolution.

Related to Aboriginal Employment Plan

  • Seasonal employment means the employment of 1 or more individuals primarily hired to perform services during regularly recurring periods of 26 weeks or less in any 52-week period other than services in the construction industry.

  • Retirement Plans means the retirement income, supplemental executive retirement, excess benefits and retiree medical, life and similar benefit plans providing retirement perquisites, benefits and service credit for benefits at least as great in the aggregate as are payable thereunder prior to a Change in Control;
